| One of life's great pleasures is to shop for great food, but why do we always come back with stuff that’s not on our shopping list? Every product you buy is surrounded by other products. I’m of course referring to packaging. |

| Now don't get me wrong, I like to see products displayed in an alluring way. But what good is this, if you can't access the product itself without the help of industrial grade tools? |

| Recently, I went into my local supermarket for a tray of delicious looking Ham. At home I attempted to open it. It looked easy enough, with one corner of the polythene film slightly peeled for 'easy access'. But alas, the film would not simply peel away as promised. I finally went rummaging for the nearest tool to hand: a pair of garden pinking sheers to slice off one end of the pack. |
