Our training workshops are delivered at venues as stated on our workshop application forms on the days specified.     Refund / Cancellation policy     If you cancel a place on our workshop:     Unfortunately, we do not offer a cash refund if you cancel a place on a training workshop. However, we do realise that sometimes the unexpected happens, so if you do have to cancel, we will offer you a place at a future workshop for up to six months from your original booking. As we hold workshops monthly, this should give you a fair opportunity not to lose out.     If we cancel a workshop:     If we are forced to cancel a workshop for any reason, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a guaranteed place at a future workshop within the forthcoming six months.
